If you walk up to a ride and there is a Stand-by and FastPass time sign (most rides have them and most are updated throughout the day), it is generally accepted that the Stand-By wait times are from that sign. If you can’t get a FastPass for Test Track in EPCOT, go there immediately after the park opens…you’ll probably still have to wait about an hour, but there it is. The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train IS now available on FastPass.

Then there’s the FastPass kiosks that we LOATHE (for additional FastPasses after the initial three are used) because sometimes the lines for them are longer than the actual lines for some of the rides… and that’s WITH cast members there to help you!Ī couple of notes off the top (I might insert some into the original blog if I know of an update…it will be in italic). Also, and I’ve brought this to the attention of Disney on surveys I’ve been invited to participate in, if you want to park-hop, you cannot have FastPasses in different parks. It is especially difficult to get out of certain lines via FastPass…for example, if you want FastPasses for the most popular rides, you will only get two via the Disney Experience App, and the app will usually give you an option for the third, even if you don’t want it. I go to the parks usually once or twice a month, and with the exception of a few closures and updates, particularly in the Magic Kingdom, I’ve found the same wait times. I’m sharing this post from another blogger because, even though it was written in May of 2014, I can assure you it is still pretty accurate.
